Zahnwechsel / Impfung

Hallo,

heute Abend steht eine Impfung meines Kleinen an. Er ist aber gerade im Zahnwechsel; das Zahnfleisch ist noch ordentlich entzündet. Ich mache mir nun Sorgen. Soll ich die Impfung verschieben? Hat jemand Erfahrung bzw. kann mir jemand weiterhelfen?
